Shipping (Phased Fulfillment, Cross-Border)

ANIMAL TCG orders are fulfilled in phases: early shipments may dispatch directly from our factory in China, while later restocks may ship via regional agents/fulfillment partners depending on inventory and destination. This means shipping speed, carrier options, and customs handling can vary by region and fulfillment stage, and we’ll provide tracking when available. 

Refunds & Returns (Blind-Box Final Sale)

Because our products include blind-box mechanics, all blind-box purchases are final sale (non-returnable and non-refundable). If your order arrives damaged or with incorrect contents, you can contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will verify the issue and arrange a replacement shipment where appropriate. 

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process orders, ship products, and provide support, and we aim to present this clearly and responsibly. We may use trusted third-party services (e.g., payment and logistics providers) to fulfill orders and operate the site. 

Terms of Service

1. Refund Policy (No Returns for Blind-Box Products)

ANIMAL TCG is designed with clear, verifiable information and a transparent value commitment. Due to the special nature of blind-box products, please read this policy carefully before purchase.

 

1) All Blind-Box Products Are Final Sale (Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable)

Because blind-box items are randomized and cannot be verified once opened, all blind-box products are non-returnable and non-refundable after purchase, including (but not limited to) cases such as: not liking the result, not meeting expectations, or receiving duplicates.

 

2) 14-Day Replacement for Damage or Incorrect Contents

If you receive:

  • Damaged items (non-human-caused damage during shipping), or
  • Incorrect contents (wrong item, missing item, packing mistake),

please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (based on tracking status) at yongheng.peter@gmail.com. After verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment (re-ship) as the resolution.

 

3) What You Need to Provide

To help us verify quickly, please provide:

  • order number;
  • clear photos of outer package, shipping label, inner packaging, and the issue;
  • if possible, an unboxing video showing the issue.

4) Not Covered (Examples)

  • requests submitted after 14 days;
  • address errors provided by the customer;
  • failure to receive due to refusal/long-term absence leading to return;
  • damage caused by misuse or intentional damage;
  • minor color differences due to display settings.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
